About me

My path toward psychotherapy began through my work as a Child and Youth Worker, where I supported children, adolescents, and families across schools, homes, and community settings.


 These experiences shaped my understanding that healing is not about eliminating pain, but about learning to relate to our experiences in ways that restore meaning, connection, and possibility.


As a Registered Psychotherapist, I offer trauma-informed individual therapy in English and Spanish, including EMDR therapy, to support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.


I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and have completed additional training in DBT, Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and ACT. I am also trained in EMDR through an EMDRIA-approved program.


Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters. You don’t need to have all the answers to begin, only the willingness to take the first step.

Acerca de mi

Mi camino hacia la psicoterapia comenzó a través de mi trabajo como Child and Youth Worker, donde acompañé a niños, adolescentes y familias en distintos entornos.


 Estas experiencias moldearon mi comprensión de que la sanación no consiste en eliminar el dolor, sino en aprender a relacionarnos con nuestras experiencias de una manera que restaure el sentido, la conexión y la posibilidad.


Como Psicoterapeuta Registrada, ofrezco terapia individual en inglés y español, con un enfoque informado en trauma, incluyendo terapia EMDR, para apoyar a personas que atraviesan ansiedad, trauma y transiciones de vida.


Cuento con una Maestría en Counselling Psychology y entrenamiento adicional en DBT, Terapia Narrativa, Teoría Polivagal y ACT. También estoy formada en EMDR a través de un programa aprobado por EMDRIA.


La terapia es un espacio para hacer una pausa, reflexionar y reconectar con lo que es importante. No necesitas tener todas las respuestas para comenzar, solo la disposición de dar el primer paso.

Individual therapy offers a confidential and supportive space where you can speak openly about what you are experiencing. Sessions move at your pace and focus on the concerns, questions, or difficulties that feel most important to you.

In therapy, we work together to better understand what may be contributing to your current challenges and to explore new ways of responding to them. This process may include reflecting on past experiences, identifying patterns that affect your well-being, and developing practical strategies to support change.

Over time, therapy can help you build emotional resilience, gain greater self-understanding, and feel more equipped to navigate difficult situations in your life.
